We have worked hard in the off season to deliver what we hope will be an enjoyable Match Day Experience for all supporters at Henley Hawks matches throughout the 2017/18 season.
Pre-Match Lunches - £22.50 per person
Before every Henley Hawks home game, we run a 3-course lunch at Dry Leas to which everyone, members and non-members, adults and children are welcome. Come and absorb the pre-match atmosphere where you will enjoy good company, a preview and insight of the day's teams, an update about Henley Rugby Club's news and events and most importantly lots of fun.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, catered by 81 events and we are committed to providing an outstanding service. Lunch is £22.50 for adults and £12.50 for children (under 10 years old). We now take contactless payment which we hope will provide a more efficient service.
Prominent lunches throughout the season are our Henley past players (HOP-IT) lunches held twice a season, Ladies Day, Christmas Lunch and our Sponsors Day and we strongly advise booking in advance to secure your place.
Lunch menus are updated the week prior to the home match in the Events Calendar on the website and bookings can be made with Mary in the office by calling her on 01491 635350 or emailing email@example.com.
All bookings must be made by midday on Wednesday before Saturday's match day and the club reserve the right to ask for payment in advance. All cancellations must be made before Wednesday or you will still be charged the full amount.

We were all delighted with how our new membership loyalty scheme rolled out and we're now very excited about the next phase, which will see us introduce electronic gate access for members. With your season tickets now pre-loaded onto your existing membership cards, it will now be a simple process of swiping in at gate upon arrival.
We are also continuing to improve upon the membership benefits for the new season, and these are outlined below. Similarly, you will still be applicable to the same discounts at the Clubhouse Bar by using your membership card.
We believe Henley Rugby Club is probably largest and best community based sports club in the Thames Valley, and the ground to be one of the most beautiful pitches to play on. We pride ourselves as being a very friendly, inclusive and hospitable club catering for a wide range of ages and abilities.

New Shop opening at the end of September
To further improve your match day experience, we have created some new Henley Hawks merchandise which will be available in our new shop as well as online which will be opening the end of September.
The 200 Extra club is a group of Henley RFC Supporters who kindly donate a small amount of money on a monthly basis for the chance to win cash prizes.
It is called the 200 Club to represent the number of supporters who are entered into the draw.
How does it work? It is very simple – you do nothing!!
You pay £5 per month via a standing order into the 200 Extra Club account.
You are then given a number and if it is pulled out in the monthly draw, you win a cash prize!
We are delighted to announce a new format for our monthly HRFC 200 club draw. Coming into effect from 1st July 2017 the 200 club awards will be as follows:

1 x £100 winner
In addition to the above we will have 2 x £500 winners during the year.
